Separately, the board approved Pay Estimate No. 14 to American Structurepoint, Inc. for $5,788.60 related to the Mason Road Bridge MI-212 project, and executed a satisfaction of mortgage to Christina Ann Lane in the amount of $38,005 for property at 5229 Devon Drive in Vermilion. The board authorized a Memorandum of Understanding with the Statewide Consortium of County Law Library Resources Board for a $3,774.71 grant to update a meeting room, and signed a letter to Dr. James Kenyon, director of NASA Glenn Research Center, regarding potential land leases at the NASA Neil Armstrong Test Facility in Erie County.
