Committee forwards collection policy draft to full Board after debate on materials and challenge process

The Library Board Bylaws/Policies Committee on April 2 voted to forward a draft Collection and Development policy to the full Library Board. The motion to forward the draft was made by Jim Holcomb and seconded by Mike Bryan; it passed unanimously.
