At its April 28 meeting, the Oconee County Aeronautics Commission adopted meeting dates for the next two quarters and completed its officer elections.
Commissioners approved meeting dates of Tuesday, July 28 and Oct. 13 by voice vote after a motion and second. The chair opened nominations for officers: Dan was nominated and elected chair by acclamation; Brian Duncan was nominated and elected vice chair by acclamation; and Nate Martin was nominated and elected secretary by acclamation.
The commission closed nominating procedures and confirmed the slate for the coming year; commissioners offered no additional nominations and the slate was accepted by voice vote. The meeting concluded after commissioner comments and a motion to adjourn.
