Lindenhurst adopts resolution opposing parts of state housing 'BUILD' proposals

Trustee Pat Dickson moved and Trustee Dawn Suchy seconded the resolution, which the minutes say objects to statewide standards that would set lot sizes, density allowances, legalize accessory dwelling units and authorize third‑party plan reviewers and building inspectors. The motion carried by roll call vote 4–0.
