The Board voted 4–0, with Trustees Pat Dickson, Pat Dunham, Dawn Suchy and Heath Rosten voting aye and Trustees Patty Chybowski and Ron Grace absent, to amend the Class A‑V liquor license for Steph’s Place at 1854 Grand Avenue. The amendment adds new owners to the license application and expands the licensed premises to include part of the adjacent 1850 Grand Avenue space; the proposed expansion would accommodate up to 74 seats. The business will continue to operate four video gaming terminals; the minutes note the applicant remains responsible for meeting Village Code so the establishment is not classified as a prohibited “video gaming café.”
