In recorded roll-call votes, the seven-member board accepted the February 2026 Treasurer’s Report and approved a resolution declaring surplus property. The board also approved a three-year extension with EvaluWise for $23,505.90 paid from local funds; a one-year renewal with Edgenuity for $9,192.75 for student licenses; and a three-year CommonLit agreement for high school English language arts at a cost of $18,900, paid with local funds.
The board awarded the Harlem High School stadium lighting bid to Barton Electric Inc. for $166,870.00. Assistant Superintendent for Business and Operations Josh Aurand presented the bid and other business items during the meeting; motions on the listed items passed on recorded 7–0 votes.
The board also approved a Memorandum of Understanding and an Intergovernmental Agreement with Rock Valley College to support dual and articulated credit courses and the Running Start program, measures intended to expand college-credit opportunities for high school students.
The approvals were taken as individual action items following the consent agenda and were recorded in the meeting minutes. No dissent or abstentions were recorded. The meeting adjourned at 7:39 p.m. after a closed-session period on personnel issues.
