Rex A. Parsons moved adoption of Resolution 01-04-2026 and Randy Perry seconded; the board voted unanimously to authorize the application. Trustees discussed project needs and the match requirement during the motion.
Administrator Swartz will submit the grant application and, if awarded, the township would be responsible for the 10% match noted in the resolution. The resolution authorizes staff to pursue the grant but does not commit township funds beyond the match requirement identified in the application.
