The Rochester Hills City Council on April 27 authorized two contracts aimed at updating long-range plans and coordinating public outreach. Beckett and Raider of Ann Arbor will provide consulting services to update the city’s parks and recreation master plan and develop a community stewardship plan for a total not-to-exceed $116,678. Separately, the council authorized Hubbell, Roth & Clark Inc. (HRC) for a transportation master plan update, not to exceed $179,500.
