Kevin Kelly, a program officer with HOST, told the committee the amendment would “add $413,000 onto the full contract amount, bringing it to $550,000 for the calendar year,” extend a short-term contract that had expired on March 31 through the end of the year and update contract language to prioritize referrals from HOST rapid-rehousing programs and newly unhoused households entering the shelter system.
