Resident James Lindsey appeared to appeal the denial of a claim after a tree branch fell and destroyed his front gate in February 2025. Lindsey described repeated calls to neighborhood services and said he paid to replace his fence and sought reimbursement. City investigation found Forestry responded to the incident and the city attorney's office recommended denial for negligence.
