Committee members moved through the items with minimal discussion; Alderman Jackson moved the recommended adoptions and the chair recorded 'hearing no objections' on multiple files. Where the restoration agreement was required, committee members confirmed an agreement would be attached and enforcement pathways would be reflected.
Next steps: The committee's recommendations will be forwarded to the council. DCD will process closings and monitor compliance when restoration agreements are in effect.
