Jordan Schuttel of the city attorney’s office said the amendment would extend the lease until 2060 and would not change the rent structure beyond a 5% annual increase that remains attached to the rent. He cited the current rent at $42,758.48 and the next year’s rent at $44,896.41.
Committee members had the opportunity to ask questions but raised none that altered the terms; the file was moved and ordered adopted without objection.
