For package 2 engineering said five bids were complete and recommended the lowest responsible bidder, New Tech, at $596,284.95, compared with an internal estimate of $617,000; the board approved that award and authorized contract execution.
Chair moved the recommendations and a board member seconded; both motions carried unanimously.
Board members and staff said the awards align with the department’s procurement review. No amendments or objections were recorded during the votes. The contracts will proceed to execution by the Clerk-Treasurer's Office as authorized by the board.
