I don't wanna take your money," Wantland said, laying out the board's preference for remediation over fines but warning that enforcement would follow if owners did not act.
The board passed several cases for status to May 8, including a dumpster citation at 322 Cecil Avenue and multiple exterior-work matters where owners or contractors said weather had delayed repairs.
