Anderson noted there is currently little or no use of the roadway since the Mountain View Corridor opened and that the vacation is intended to clear title and support the approved rezone and development. After the presentation council members had no questions.
Next steps: The item was presented at the study meeting and will proceed according to the council’s regular agenda process.
