Court approves airport hangar lease assignment and drainage interlocal agreement

San Patricio County commissioners approved two consent items on Dec. 29: an assignment of an airport hangar lease and acceptance and recording of an interlocal agreement with the San Patricio County Drainage District related to County Road 1694.
The clerk read consent item 2.3(a), a request by Gary Davis, airport manager, for assignment of a hangar lease, and item 2.3(b), acceptance and recordation of an interlocal agreement with the San Patricio County Drainage District for County Road 1694. Commissioner Gillespie moved to approve both consent items; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously.
No commissioners pulled either item for separate discussion. The interlocal agreement was presented as routine county business to allow the county and the drainage district to coordinate work on County Road 1694.
