The motion, made by Commissioner Lichty and seconded by Commissioner Macwick, instructs staff and the county’s legal counsel to incorporate two legal clarifications and a new clause asking NetCOG to give "preferential consideration" to any route the county proposes. Commissioner Stacy cast the lone dissenting vote.
