Staff noted WestCOG had no intermunicipal issues and that DEEP provided no coastal comments; commissioners found the amendment consistent with objectives in the town’s Plan of Conservation and Development and voted to approve the amendment.
The amendment will be incorporated into the zoning regulations consistent with the statutory notice and recordation procedures.
