Winnebago County approves vendor claims, payroll and records manure plan

The board approved and ordered payment of a set of claims submitted by county departments. Notable entries included a parts invoice to Ziegler Inc. for $23,166.36, services billed by IP Pathways for $5,776.38, and equipment parts from Terex Global GMBH for $3,851.50. The clerk presented the claims list and the board approved payment.
On a separate motion by Supervisor Smith, seconded by Supervisor Durby, the board approved payroll claims; the motion carried with all present supervisors voting aye.
The Auditor’s office also reported it had received a Manure Management Plan from Lewis Grain and Livestock, ID #67217, for operations located in Winnebago County; the plan was filed in county records.
The meeting adjourned and was scheduled to reconvene at 9:00 A.M. on April 28, 2026.
