Plan Commission tables request to sell used cars at Ages Past Antique Mall property over incomplete application

The Minocqua Plan Commission on April 14 tabled a conditional use permit request from Nick Trapp of NBT Properties LLC to display and sell cars at the commercial property commonly known as Ages Past Antique Mall.
Oneida County planner Scott Ridderbusch told the commission that the original application showed vehicles for sale in the road right-of-way and that he had informed Trapp the existing CUP for the parcel does not allow that use. Ridderbusch said Trapp revised the application to locate vehicles on his property but the filing did not include the parking information required by the commission, including a parking diagram.
Commissioner Mark Pertile moved and Joe Hegge seconded a motion to table Conditional Use Permit #13-26 until the applicant submits a fully completed application with the required parking diagram and related parking details. The motion carried 5-0.
The minutes record that staff had asked for parking information; the record does not include a presentation of a completed parking plan or a staff recommendation to approve. The commission provided no timetable for reconsideration beyond the requirement that a full application be filed.
