She outlined plans for a Free Little Library, a potential community garden and a grill pavilion, and invited council members and the public to an open house and ribbon-cutting scheduled for June 25; showings are expected to begin the following week.
Council members asked operational questions about management and public storage access; staff said some project elements (public storage opening) will be phased and that the team will coordinate fire-code and occupancy steps. The presentation did not include a council vote; staff and the developer will continue to coordinate occupancy and final operational details.
