Parmer County commissioners approve routine payroll and bills, authorize water line and preserve CR 15 for emergency access

The court considered renewal of the courthouse server warranty with IT Solutions. Commissioner Kirk Frye moved to renew the warranty; Commissioner Casey Russell seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.
On infrastructure items, the court authorized a water line under County Road 24/DD after Commissioner Frye moved for approval and Commissioner White seconded. For a separate roadway matter, Judge Carrasco moved to keep a portion of County Road 15 (the Cargill overpass) open for emergency use only; Commissioner Frye seconded and the motion passed by majority vote.
