PURA adopts consent calendars, appoints presiding officers and sets next meeting

The Public Utilities Regulatory Authority on Wednesday approved a consent calendar of rulings and final decisions in seven dockets (Part B, items 1–7) and adopted Part C items appointing presiding officers in five proceedings.
Chairman Tom Wheel moved the panel through the consent calendars; motions were seconded and each item was adopted by roll call. Miss Lupoli called the roll for both consent calendars and recorded unanimous "yes" votes for the listed items, and the panel confirmed its assignment as presiding officer for the five Part C proceedings.
After the votes, Chairman Tom Wheel publicly thanked PURA’s Office of Education, Outreach and Enforcement "for all their hard work on all these decisions each week," saying the commissioners appreciate the office's efforts.
The panel adjourned and scheduled its next regular meeting for Friday, May 1, 2026, at 9 a.m., to be held by remote teleconference; Wheel noted that the May 1 session had been rescheduled from an in-person meeting to remote.
