Several shorter streets were listed for dirt‑surface treatment (DST), including Ben Giddens (Highway 23 to Chester Highway), Pine Crest Drive (Highway 117 to a dead end), Jessica Lane (Highway 341 to a dead end), Arthur Cooper (Highway 117 to cross street), and Nicholson Carr Road (Highway 257 to the county line).
The county manager told the committee he would send the list to the county engineer for cost estimates before the county moves forward with the LRA application.
