County staff clarified that the elevator item included an expected private match and additional engineering costs that increased the county share. The commission also received a declaration of surplus property identifying a 2015 Ford Explorer for disposition.
Commissioner Bruningen confirmed approval of all three resolutions and the clerk conducted a roll-call vote. The clerk recorded the following votes in sequence: Kyle Goff, Kane Rogers, Chris Brenton, Lanny Selby, Dakota White, Robert McCormick, Becky Golden, Derek Hutchings, Roger Mason and TK Austin all voting yes; four members were absent. The chair announced the motion carried.
The commission later approved a slate of notary appointments by voice vote. No amendments or conditions were recorded for the budget resolutions. County staff said they would follow up with additional details about private donations and any engineering cost-finalization as requested by commissioners.
The commission took no further formal action on the items beyond the approvals; staff follow-up was requested to clarify outstanding funding-source details and engineering estimates.
