Commission approves major Norton Museum expansion and parking garage

Harvey Oyer, representing the Norton Museum of Art, told commissioners the amendment increases the previously approved project to a proposed gross building area of about 233,000 square feet, including expanded exhibition galleries, event space with views to the water, expanded education facilities, and support/back-of-house areas.
