Crews advance West Fourth water-main work; city reports extensive hydrant flushing and tower rehab

Planner/staff (speaker 8) and public-works staff described an ongoing rehab and repainting of the old city-hall water tower, emphasizing the tank is a separate structure and the work will not affect the city’s active distribution system or current water quality.
