Supervisors approve two subdivision variances for property line adjustments

The Benton County Board of Supervisors approved two variances to the Benton County Subdivision Ordinance on April 21, 2026.
Resolution #26‑28 waives specified provisions of Ordinance #61 (as amended by Ordinance #72) to permit a property line adjustment between Lots 10 and 11 of Lodge Log Estates at the request of Ellis and Lisa Tomlin. Resolution #26‑29 authorizes similar waivers to allow a property line adjustment within the NW FRL ¼, Section 06, T85N, R12W, at the request of Kyle Helland on behalf of David Crees. Each resolution lists the specific Articles and Sections waived (Articles IV–VII, with enumerated sections) and was approved by vote of the board.
Both motions were approved in open session (Seeman moved/Volz seconded for at least one; recorded votes show Seeman and Volz voting aye). The resolutions were signed and attested by the county auditor.
