District attorney presents biannual SART report; court approves

"The first group of numbers are those that are voluntarily provided by the various law enforcement agencies, and the second portion of the report is the numbers from the district attorney's office of cases that have gotten to us about how those cases were also disposed of," the district attorney said on the record.
