The Caldwell Zoning Board of Adjustment met in person on March 4, 2026, at the Health and Senior Services Building in Caldwell and carried motions to approve minutes, two vendor invoices and a resolution for Application Z25-007 (22 Smull Avenue).
Board member Mr. Tucci made a motion to approve the two invoices listed on the agenda; Board member Mr. Irwin seconded the motion. The invoices were Durkin & Durkin, LLC invoice #83560 dated Feb. 13, 2026, for $475.00 (review of Application Z25-007, 22 Smull Avenue) and Neglia Group invoice #2600222 dated Feb. 17, 2026, for $112.50 (review of Application Z25-006, 16 Central Place). The board approved both invoices by roll-call vote, 7–0–0.
Later in the meeting Ms. Corliss moved to approve the resolution for Application Z25-007 (22 Smull Avenue); Mr. Irwin seconded the motion. The roll-call vote recorded six members voting yes and one abstention by Mr. Tucci. The resolution was adopted.
The board recorded that no members of the public were present during the meeting. With no further business, Ms. Corliss moved to adjourn, Mr. Irwin seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM.
