Sheriff’s office gets grant-funded Cellebrite and dispatch-review tools; auto-theft task force approved new telematics gear

Corbin also described a proposal from Comms Coach by GovWorks for dispatch call review software to help staff evaluate and audit calls; the transcript records that this proposal is grant-funded and the court authorized the county judge to sign the proposal.
Doug Clement, representing the auto-theft task force, presented a quote with MetOcean Telematics for a partial-year equipment term to align a piece of equipment with the rest of the task force's devices; the court authorized the judge to sign that quote as well.
All three items were carried by voice vote. County staff noted that the Cellebrite and dispatch items are funded by grants; the transcript indicates the MetOcean equipment will be integrated as part of the task force's existing systems.
