- Budget transfers/amendments: The committee approved a transfer to cover overspent mileage in a children's long-term support program (staff reported roughly $16,000 overspend, offset by underspent consumer expense lines), a $36,200 budget amendment for a highway side-mower replacement, and a $129,391 amendment to fund the full Butte Boat Landing capital project following competitive bids. The committee also approved type 2 carryovers related to grant timing.
- Claims and resolutions: After review, the committee moved to disallow certain notices of claim (including two filed by Dennis Strong) and reviewed other damage claims; staff recommendations were approved by voice vote as recorded in the packet.
All of the above items recorded committee approval by voice votes during the March 5 meeting; most measures passed on unanimous committee voice votes (5–0) or were forwarded to the county board when required.
