On item 5, the committee considered a request by Scott Brown to rezone 3 acres within parcel 016250628-606 from A1 (exclusive agriculture) to A4 (general agriculture) to permit a lot split that would include the existing dwelling; this request was consistent with the town comprehensive plan and the town recommended approval.
