Mount Olive students spotlighted: robotics to JROTC honors and scholarships

An ROTC presentation followed. Chief Master Sergeant Robert Bedell and Master Sergeant Nathan Krutoff described the unit's competitive results (Raider and drill teams), recognized individual cadet achievements and noted scholarship recipients. "We were fortunate enough 2 years ago, Matthias Klinkay, he was our very first flight academy scholarship... he got his private pilot's license," Bedell said, and he highlighted Mia Capone as a current flight-academy scholarship recipient.
Board members congratulated students and staff during the meeting and encouraged community support for upcoming events.
