The Environmental Impact Commission on Sept. 10 tabled several regulated-activity items and recorded an extension for a Bayberry Lane application during a routine meeting that included roll call, minutes approval and scheduling.
After approving minutes, commissioners approved motions to table regulated activity 125178 (Burton Street), 12:52 (Fairmount Road) and 12:47 (Lot 2, Bayberry Lane). For Lot 1 Bayberry Lane (12:46) the commission noted that a 65-day extension had been granted before the meeting and then moved to table the file for that extension period; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
There were no administrative approvals or new enforcement updates reported. Commissioner Christina Britton reminded members of a working-group meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 17, from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. in the Planning Permit Center Conference Room. The commission then adjourned.
