Warren County commissioners approve routine resolutions and proclaim International Electron Beam Day

Warren County commissioners approved a set of routine resolutions at the start of their meeting, including adoption of an agenda policy and a memorandum of understanding with the Ohio Secretary of State and the Warren County Board of Elections to participate in Ohio's electronic poll‑book reimbursement program. The board also approved a contract with Wolpert Incorporated for engineering services for the county engineer's office, authorized advertising bids for a Franklin Township Staley Road CDBG repaving project and approved an appointment to the county 911 coordinator post.

The meeting record shows an emergency replacement of a fire alarm at the Engineer's Office Corwin House facility was approved after staff explained the temporary "fire watch" procedure used when an alarm is disabled: a staff member must walk through the building at prescribed intervals to check for fire risks.
