Board renews Phoenix Environmental Labs unit‑price contract for one year at current pricing

Tolby moved to renew the Phoenix contract for an additional year at the same pricing; the motion was seconded and the board voted in favor by voice vote. Tolby said purchase orders (POs) will be issued as needed under the renewed unit‑price contract.
