Council Members Lance Beethe, Brian Britt, Alicia Brommer, Travis Goracke, Tyler Speckmann and Lorie Topp were present.
On the first action, the council approved Resolution 2025‑7, the 5311 Program Agreement (PI 2536) for Federal‑Aid funds. The motion to approve the resolution was made by Council Member Lance Beethe and seconded by Council Member Tyler Speckmann. Voting Aye were Beethe, Britt, Brommer, Goracke, Speckmann and Topp; there were no nay votes and the motion carried.
The council then authorized a four‑year contract with SEGRA to provide phone, internet and data services at $984 per year. Council Member Lorie Topp moved to approve the contract and Travis Goracke seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
During the consent agenda, approved on a motion by Topp and second by Brommer, the council approved the minutes of the June 2, 2025 meeting, authorized payment of city bills and granted a fireworks show permit for July 4, 2025 at the Fairgrounds with a rain date of July 5, 2025. The council recorded the meeting as adjourned at 5:11 p.m.
