Dodge County approves $1.55 million in claims, renews NRIN agreement and CAD licenses

The Board unanimously approved an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Fremont Rural Fire District to provide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) app licenses and authorized the necessary signatures on that agreement.
The Board approved a three‑year renewal of the WatchGuard M390 Total Security Suite for the county firewall with Applied Connective Technologies, LLC for $6,835.00. "This is the license for the county’s firewall," Supervisor Bendig said, recommending the three‑year option because the longer term offered better pricing.
No dissent or roll calls showing individual 'no' votes were recorded; all listed motions passed by unanimous vote of members present (Supervisors Beam, Strand, Backens, Missel, Tawney and Bendig; Supervisor Giesselmann was absent).
