Commissioner Moore said higher-than-expected costs required a $248,332.39 transfer from precinct bond funds to complete three roads with oil-and-sand surfacing instead of chip seal; the court approved the transfer.
The court also approved a personnel reclassification in Road & Bridge to convert two class-2 positions to one class-4 position to accommodate a returning full-time employee, and it approved two budget amendments and claims for payment, including AP invoices and juror expenses. The auditor presented the amendments and the court moved and approved the items.
The court entered executive session at 9:50 a.m. and returned at 10:30 a.m., announcing no action from the executive session; the meeting then adjourned.
