Howard County board approves Old Line Kitchen & Wine Bar license, gives December pickup deadline

Howard County’s Alcohol Beverage Board approved a Class B beer, wine and liquor license, a refillable container (growler) permit and a corkage permit for Orderfy Hospitality LLC, which plans to operate as Old Line Kitchen and Wine Bar at the former Aida Bistro site.
Corey Laub, the proposed resident agent and executive chef, described his 17‑year career in restaurants and said he expects to be on site 50+ hours a week; Amanda “Mandy” Maloney said she will serve as general manager and oversee training and HR. Laub told the board the operation expects roughly a 70% food / 30% alcohol sales mix and seating for about 100 customers inside plus about 24 outside seats.
Counsel Martin Johnson noted the applicants were early in their buildout and requested a December deadline for license pickup; the board agreed and recorded the December due date in the decision. Board members praised the management structure and existing hires for general manager and assistant manager and approved the license; the applicants waived appeal rights.
