The court then considered several plats: West Farmington Phase 4 (a preliminary plat for roughly 26 acres in the northeast corner of Farmington and Blythe, proposing 21 lots with private roads), HH Ranch Addition Phase 1 (an 11.475-acre tract subdividing to a single lot), Cedar Road Addition Phase 6 (a 1.087-acre tract subdivide to one lot) and a Short Plat Bridal addition in Precinct 3 (about 1.103 acres, one lot). Presenters said the proposals meet Grayson County subdivision regulations for preliminary plats and short plats and noted that proposed roads in West Farmington would be privately maintained. The court approved each item by voice vote.
Commissioners also opened comments about local events and road patching during the commissioner comments portion of the agenda. The court then recessed to executive session under Texas Government Code §551.071 and returned without taking action on executive-session matters before adjourning.
