Jones reported operations rose from about 3,299 in 2021 to about 8,584 in a recent 12‑month period (he said 2025 would have been higher if the field had not closed for six weeks for runway rehab). He thanked the county for its ongoing block contribution and listed modest equipment needs the airport hopes to fund with grants and local support (bush hog, bird deterrent cannon, mowing and an additional part‑time employee).
