Warren County Board swears in two new members; Stanley Jones elected vice chair

The nomination was seconded and, after a clarification and repeat vote to ensure members' intent, Stanley Jones was confirmed as vice chair by voice and hand votes.
The meeting began with the chair welcoming attendees and the agenda was approved on a motion from speaker 2 and a second from speaker 4. The consent agenda was later approved on a motion by speaker 12, seconded by speaker 6.
