La Porte board updates ADA transit policy, approves appointments and routine claims

The board approved the policy update by voice vote.
Jamie Novak asked the board to appoint Douglas Holt to engineering/building services authority to approve residential occupancy certificates and permit‑condition letters; board members approved that appointment. The board also approved two claims from Lochmuller Group for Chessey Trail Phase 2 ($2,880.58 and $837.88), a temporary stop sign installation at Kingsbury Avenue by the Presbyterian Church to address a low sign and speed concerns, and approval of profit‑and‑loss settlement for the La Porte Invitational (presenter noted outstanding sponsorships and that roughly $12,000 would be owed to La La Mer).
Board members also added and approved a CCMG closeout task order and a professional services agreement for asset management not to exceed $30,000. Many of these items were approved by voice votes during the meeting.
