Larry Johansson moved to ratify the MOU and Amanda seconded the motion. The chair called the question and members voted in favor with no opposition announced; the board reported that the invoice had begun processing. The motion ratified the agreement so staff can complete procurement and payment steps tied to the previously approved commitment.
