A staff speaker said there is roughly $390,000 budgeted in that account and that the court facility fee can only be used for courthouse construction, renovation or improvement.
Commissioner Grayson moved approval of the item and Commissioner Ponder seconded; the court voted unanimously to approve the expenditures. County officials said they expected this to be the final change order related to the jury‑process accommodations.
