"Monday needs to say no voting instead of early voting. It's just a mistake in the calendar," the judge said during the consent discussion, and staff confirmed the correction would be inserted in the packet. With that clarification, the court approved the early-voting calendar; early voting was shown to begin Tuesday, Feb. 17, with hours listed as 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for that day.
The court approved the corrected calendar by voice vote, 5-0. Clerk and elections staff were directed to replace the packet copy with the corrected Spanish translation and distribute the corrected calendar as required.
