The court voted 5-0 to release Lucas's bond allocation after staff confirmed Lucas had executed the required ILA and completed roadside and maintenance steps the county required. "Lucas has agreed to an ILA and has met the conditions," Russell Schoffner, Deputy County Administrator, told the court.
