The Athens City Board of Education approved its consent agenda during the Oct. 13, 2025, meeting at the Administration Building in Athens, Tennessee. Board member Stan Harrison moved to approve the consent items; Beth Jackson seconded the motion, which the board carried.
The consent package included approval of the Sept. 8, 2025 regular meeting minutes, athletic schedules for Athens City Middle School basketball, the district’s 2025–26 Student Wellness Plan, and appointment of the Textbook Adoption Committee. A copy of the documents referenced was filed in the minutes book.
The board took the motion without further discussion and recorded the item as approved.
